コア切出し - 高さ測定 - カシメピン挿入 - ピン確認 -ピンカシメ - 隈取挿入 - 隈取圧入 の工程となります。
コアはマガジン方式を採用、ピン・隈取はパーツフィーダーにて供給します。
Automated Assemble Unit for magnetic switch.
The unit consists of several processes such as: core clipping, thickness measure, swage pin insert, pin check, swage, copper bar insert and press fit.
ロボットシリンダーを使用し、常に一定加圧する事で切出し厚を安定させています。
マガジン式の供給で、最大約１時間分のストックが可能。
Using robot cylinder for core clipping.
Apply pressure onto core and stabilize the clipping thickness.
About 1 hour stock is possible with magazine type supply.
コア厚測定は、キーエンスGTスケールセンサーを使用。
高さNG品はその場で払出しを行う。
Using KEYENCE GT scale sensor for core thickness measuring.
NG workpiece will be taken out to NG chute.
設備背面からパーツフィーダーで切出し。
コアの溝に押し当て、仮組みします。
その後圧入機で本組みし、払出しします。
Supplying copper bars with parts feeder on the back of the unit.
Insert the bar into the groove.
After this process, press unit finish the core assembly.
