エンジン内部にオイルを噴射する部品を組立てる設備の前工程設備です。
ボディをプレートに圧入→孔明け→パイプ圧入→パレタイズまで行います。
各パーツはパーツフィーダーにて供給します。
短いサイクルタイムを実現するために、ワークは各工程間を同時進行で移載しています。

Sub ASSY line of Check Valve which cools off the engine piston by spraying the engine oil.
Press fitting body, plate and pipes, punching holes for pipes and applying brazing filler metal and palletizing.

前工程から自動搬送されたシリンダーブロックへ、クランク部ベアリングキャップを自動供給し、圧入後、ボルトを自動供給し締付をします。
ＯＫ品は刻印を行い後工程へ自動搬送します。

Press fit the Bearing Cap (for crank) into Cylinder Block and bolting automatically.

４輪駆動車のデフを組立てるラインです。
パレット搬送（スクエアに）タイプマシンです。
全20ステーションにより構成され、全長43mのラインです。
ボルトの締付，ベアリングの圧入，MD測定，フランジ圧入，プリロード測定，画像バックラッシュ測定，シール剤塗布，ギヤ比測定，ナットカシメ，振れ測定，リークテストなどの工程があります。
今回は歯当り状態を画像にして検査して、データを保存するという新しい技術を導入しました。

The assembling line for the Differential Gear.
The line is 43 meters long and has 20 stations. Fastening, press fit, MD measuring, pre-loaded measuring, backlash check, tooth contact test, leak test and so on.

横型マシニングセンタ自動搬送システム（ＦＭＳ）の加工パレットへのワークの着脱を自動で行うシステムです。
粗材ワークを投入側バスケットへセット投入 → ワーク取出し → 位相決め → 加工パレットへ取付け → 加工パレットから完成品取出 → 完成品バケットへ収納します。
6軸多関節ロボットと3軸直交ロボット2台の計3台のロボットを使用しています。

Using three robots (one 6-axes robot and two XYZ-axes robots) to handle the loading/unloading.

６軸ロボットにより、ワークの移載バスケット内段積用コンパネの移載を行ないます。
加工されたワークはエアーブローにより切粉を除去し、バスケットへ段積みされます。
素材は上下リターン式のストッカーより供給します。
ワーク重量は約１５ｋｇです。

The work weighs 15kg.

ワーク素材をストッカーから取出し、マシニングセンターに投入します。
加工が完了したワークを取出して、計測・圧検・鋳巣検査をした後、完成品パレットに収納します。
ＦＡＮＵＣ製ロボット２台をリンクさせて、サイクルタイムの短縮を図っています。内１台は３０００ｍｍのストロークで自走します。ワーク重量は約２００ｇです。

Take out the work from basket and load it into the machining center.
Then test leakage and inspect pinholes and cutting accuracy.
Two FANUC robots are linked each other and one of them has 3000mm traveling rail. Work weight 200g.

粗材バスケット内にあるワークを取出し加工機へ搬入。
加工されたワークを搬出し、エアーブローにより切粉除去後完成バスケットへ段積みします。
ワーク重量は約１１ｋｇです。

Pick up the raw work from container and load them into the processing machine.
After the processing, take out the work from the machine and clean it with air-blow, then pile up in the container.
Work weight, 11kg.

建材・住宅設備関連。
ローダーにより成形機から取出された樹脂成型品を画像検査し、パレット台車に段積みしていく６軸ロボットを使った装置です。

Designed for Building and Housing Industry.
6-axis-robot palletize the plastic tank on the carts.

CVTプーリー加工ラインを自動セル化した設備です。搬送装置(MAKE)・マイクロショット・エアブロー洗浄（MAKE)・レーザーマーキング装置（MAKE)・硬度測定・立型旋盤・洗浄機といった各装置間のワーク搬送をロボットにて搬送します。
設備は８台メキシコに輸出されます。

Automatize the CVT Pulley Machining Line. The Line consists of Loading Unit (MAKE), Micro shot, Air Blower (MAKE), Laser Marking M/C (MAKE), Hardness Measuring M/C, SSF Machining, Washing M/C and Workpiece Stocker (MAKE). Robot load/unload each machines. 8 lines are exported to Mexico in total.
